Les d\u00e9cisions se prennent donc en toute opacit\u00e9 sans que les commissaires paritaires puissent v\u00e9rifier si les informations prises en consid\u00e9ration par l\u2019administration sont les bonnes ou m\u00eame tout simplement si elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien prises en compte. <strong>Le SNUEP-FSU continue de demander le retour des commissions paritaires: c\u2019est un enjeu majeur pour la profession&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l\u2019instant, les rectorats semblent refuser de communiquer les bar\u00e8mes aux coll\u00e8gues promouvables. Cela est inacceptable&nbsp;! Chacun doit pouvoir acc\u00e9der aux informations le concernant&nbsp;! Alors il faut questionner le rectorat pour conna\u00eetre votre bar\u00e8me et votre avis. Tenez-nous au courant des r\u00e9ponses (ou non r\u00e9ponses) obtenues. Les promotions devraient \u00eatre prononc\u00e9s au plus tard le 30 juin 2021. Le bar\u00e8me doit \u00e9voluer de <strong>10 points par an<\/strong> (sauf si plus de 2 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 au 11<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9chelon, auquel cas il progressera de 20 points). Mais surtout, cet acc\u00e8s se fait en moyenne plut t\u00f4t dans la carri\u00e8re permettant ainsi \u00e0 la profession d\u2019atteindre plus massivement la fin de la grille indiciaire de la hors classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous n\u2019avons pas encore connaissance des contingents pour cette ann\u00e9e, ils devraient \u00eatre en l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation puisque le ratio hors classe passe de 17 \u00e0 18%.
