Pour la rentr\u00e9e prochaine, c&rsquo;est act\u00e9, la Normandie verra la fermeture de 105 places en CAP et 108 en Bac Pro de la formation professionnelle publique initiale sous statut scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On nous annonce pour compenser des ouvertures \u00e0 hauteur de 39 places en CAP et 33 places en Bac Pro. Ces ouvertures se feront pour les rentr\u00e9es scolaire 2022 et 2023, sous r\u00e9serves de la disponibilit\u00e9 des moyens et de signature de convention avec des acteurs priv\u00e9s&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, 63 places de CAP seront ouvertes sur des CAP en 1 an. Ces formations qui sont des optimisations de parcours (sp\u00e9cialisation et reconversion) sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme venant compenser des place perdues, mais cette r\u00e9organisation exclue de-facto les \u00e9l\u00e8ves arrivant du coll\u00e8ge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ma\u00eetre mot est l&rsquo;efficience, tout passe au crible de la relativisation comptable de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9. Il est inacceptable qu\u2019autant de sections soient ferm\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;enseignement professionnel public initial sous statut scolaire sans compensation dans les \u00e9tablissements supports avec comme argument le plus utilis\u00e9 celui du faible recrutement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces fermetures entra\u00eeneront soit un report des familles vers une autre fili\u00e8re de proximit\u00e9 mais \u00e9loign\u00e9e des d\u00e9sirs de formation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, soit par l\u2019\u00e9loignement g\u00e9ographique forc\u00e9 et pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 des enfants vers une formation en ad\u00e9quation avec leur app\u00e9tence. Cet \u00e9loignement entra\u00eenant des co\u00fbts (de transport, d\u2019h\u00e9bergement etc.) alors m\u00eame que la tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 de ces familles font partie des classes socio-professionnelles les plus d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette politique de court terme ne cr\u00e9era que des d\u00e9\u00e7us&nbsp;: des \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9\u00e7us du choix qui leur est propos\u00e9, des familles am\u00e8res de ne se voir proposer une formation de proximit\u00e9 collant au choix de leur enfant, des entreprises d\u00e9\u00e7ues de
