Ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, le constat est malheureusement toujours le m\u00eame avec une forte perte d\u2019heures postes. Sur l\u2019ensemble des lyc\u00e9es professionnels de l\u2019acad\u00e9mie de Normandie ce sont 621 heures postes (soit 34,5 postes) qui disparaissent et s\u2019ajoutent aux pertes d\u00e9j\u00e0 cons\u00e9quentes des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le SNUEP-FSU Normandie rappelle, en outre, que le recours massif aux HSA ne sera jamais une solution acceptable, tant elles d\u00e9gradent la qualit\u00e9 de vie et de travail des enseignants. En effet, seuls le r\u00e9tablissement des heures postes et le recrutement de nouveaux PLP doivent \u00eatre privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour un service public \u00e9ducatif de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
