Au contraire, l&rsquo;utilisation des articles de la constitution qui contraignent la repr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9mocratique (comme le 49.3 ou le 47.1) sont plut\u00f4t de nature \u00e0 masquer l&rsquo;absence de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 d\u00e9mocratique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On le voit en ce moment, les travailleurs comme la majorit\u00e9 de la population ne sont pas dupes et combattent pied \u00e0 pied le projet de ce gouvernement sur les retraites qui va les priver de leurs plus belles ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la retraite !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNUEP-FSU Normandie, la FSU et l&rsquo;ensemble des syndicats de travailleurs sont mobilis\u00e9s tous les jours pour organiser des manifestations d&rsquo;ampleur historique comme celle du 7 mars, des blocages et des occupations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation du 49.3 le 16 mars par la premi\u00e8re ministre est l&rsquo;illustration de l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident Macron et de son gouvernement de travailler \u00e0 la recherche du consensus avec pour objectif la recherche l&rsquo;inter\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans le respect de la d\u00e9mocratie parlementaire comme sociale. Ce pr\u00e9sident n&rsquo;entend que le rapport de force, celui-ci n&rsquo;est possible et ne portera ses fruits que si nous sommes nombreux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors faisons nous entendre et respecter
