Une bien curieuse conception de l&rsquo;apaisement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident confirme une conception de la d\u00e9mocratie, sociale ou parlementaire, comme un simple exercice formel en justifiant l\u2019instrumentalisation opportuniste de toutes les dispositions constitutionnelles pour imposer brutalement une r\u00e9forme des retraites massivement refus\u00e9e et totalement infond\u00e9e, quoiqu&rsquo;il en dise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grands absents de son discours, les services publics et la r\u00e9partition des richesses produites. Rien sur l\u2019augmentation des salaires, des pensions et des minima sociaux, rien sur une meilleure reconnaissance du travail, rien sur le financement des services publics&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre quelques propos d\u2019autosatisfaction pour esquiver le c\u0153ur de la question sociale, le Pr\u00e9sident s\u2019est livr\u00e9 \u00e0 un exercice oratoire \u00e9trange pour contourner la question pos\u00e9e du retrait de la r\u00e9forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son discours n\u2019a pas boug\u00e9, tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de langage \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 les m\u00eames en septembre dernier. Qu\u2019importe la brutalit\u00e9 et l\u2019injustice sociale de son projet finalement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouvement social a gagn\u00e9 la bataille de l\u2019opinion publique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail d\u2019information et de conviction men\u00e9 sur le terrain. Il a permis de d\u00e9montrer le caract\u00e8re injuste et injustifi\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9forme. Le mouvement social et les organisations syndicales ont construit un mouvement fort, qui s\u2019inscrit dans la dur\u00e9e et qui a pos\u00e9 des jalons qui vont mener \u00e0 la victoire. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de 2006 sur le CPE a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait possible de gagner face \u00e0 un texte pass\u00e9 en force par un gouvernement qui foule au pied la d\u00e9mocratie sociale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FSU appelle donc \u00e0 se mobiliser fortement dans toutes les actions et en particulier demain jeudi 23 mars par la gr\u00e8ve et les
