La note de service n\u00b0 2019-028 du 18-3-2019 d\u00e9taille les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/snuep.fr\/hors-classe\/non-classe\/\">hors-classe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SNUEP-FSU constate qu\u2019il y a encore des personnels qui sont au 11<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9chelon et qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 promus \u00e0 la Hors Classe. Beaucoup de coll\u00e8gues qui ont obtenu un avis de leur chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement (p\u00e9riode transitoire avant le RDV de carri\u00e8re) progressent moins vite que ceux qui ont eu un RDV de carri\u00e8re.
